Bobbie Mofield

Born and raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Bobbie has been with Sports Village since 1998. She specializes in Personal Training, Pilates Reformer, and group class instruction and enjoys incorporating physioball and resistance work into her training and classes. Bobbie is known for her positive attitude and sense of humor. She motivates her clients and always has a big hug or pat on the back for a job well done. Bobbie became a trainer because she loves what fitness has done for her and wants to share that with other people. Bobbie is known for saying “No pain, stay the same…….if you want to look like Tarzan you can’t lift like Jane!” She is certified in numerous Less Mills group classes as well as through AAFA for Personal Training, Weight Training, Aerobics, Resistance Training, and Mat Training.
Ken Holt

Ken has been with Sports Village since 2001 and has been a certified personal trainer for more than 10 years prior to joining our team. He specializes in sports specific training, rehab and post-op training, stretching, and strengthening the muscles around the spine, knees, and hips. In fact, he is the trusted trainer of many Wilson County Doctors. Ken became a trainer because he finds it rewarding to watch people’s lives change for the better right before his eyes. He is originally from Tennessee but has lived and trained in Ft. Lauderdale and San Francisco. He is certified through AAFA for personal training, weight training, and emergency response.
Brian Rumsey

Born and raised in California, Brian has been with Sports Village since February 2006. He specializes in post rehab and post-op training. His background in physical therapy really enables him to understand specific physical needs of certain clients. Brian believes that personal training helps people overcome obstacles and have an overall stronger well being, He feels it is important to teach his clients to look at their problems as challenges, not limitations. Brian became a trainer because he has a gift of patience and passion for helping people. He hopes that his clients can see how living healthier lifestyles can make for a happier life. Brian is certified through CPT and CMA.
Will Taylor

Will joined our Personal Training staff in early 2008.  A graduate of Tennessee State University, Will majored in Plant Physiology and Pathology with a minor in Kinesiology.  He began working in 1994, specializing in sports specific training, strength and conditioning. His experience includes, but not limited to, college football, basketball, track, cheerleading and gymnastics.  Will believes in high intensity training that includes agility and explosiveness.  He is a soft speaker, but hard instructor who realizes the benefits of being fit long term.  

Will was raised in Summerville, Tennessee as the oldest of 13 brothers and sisters in a very athletic family.  He loves doing weight training, cross training and gymnastics in his spare time and believes strongly that “Prior Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance.”  Will says to “take charge of your health because it determines your quality of life.”  He can definitely help your workout so that you will reach your goals and have a healthy, productive life.
Andy Frisch
Andy is our newest addition to the Sports Village Family. He is originally from Michigan but has been living in Tennessee for over 3 years now. Andy made the decision to become a personal trainer via a love of basketball and after having success with getting friends, family and teammates in shape. He specializes in High Intensity Interval Training, functional and core training, as well as sport-specific and weight loss training. He also believes everyone and every body is different, and should train as such. He enjoys reading inspirational and motivational materials, with “the harder you work, the better your luck” and “if opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door” being two of his favorite quotes. He can be seen putting himself through intense workouts and is continuously evolving his training methods to push the limits of the human body. Andy has an NCCA globally recognized certification.
