It's time to take a new approach!  Wellness Coaching uses a research based approach using Positive Psychology and Behavior Change to help you succeed!  

Health & Wellness Coaching is a process that helps clients make needed lifestyle changes that will invigorate good health and lower stress levels.  Health coaches use goal setting and problem solving to help clients reach self determined goals.  These professionals are trained to help clients overcome barriers to individual success, gain insights to their behavior, and increase motivation.  Additionally, they provide their clients with accountability, education, resources and support. 

 

Health Coaches are trained to treat the whole person knowing that being healthy is more than just eating a healthy diet and exercising.  They understand that overall health is dependent on other wellness areas such as Emotional, Spiritual, Intellectual, Occupational, Environmental, Social, Financial as well as Physical Fitness.  As a result, they focus on supportive relationships,  work/life balance, decreasing stress, life transitions, coping with emotions, depending on the client’s needs.

The process of coaching is individualized with you as the client leading the way and together we make a plan that will work for you!  Client's set their own goals that could involve, but are not limited to: weight loss, lifestyle changes for optimal health, managing a chronic illness, finding life balance, increasing energy, and stress management. Clients are encouraged to set realistic goals, finding the healthy life balance that they can maintain and enjoy.

Services are offered in person at Sports Village Fitness, by phone or video conferencing.

 

CONSULTATION- Complimentary 20 Minute Session

 

This phone meeting is for Coach Amber to explore potential client's needs, explain what coaching offers, and for coach and potential client to decide if the service is a good fit.  If it is not a good option, a referral will be offered when possible.

Meet your Wellness Coach, Amber Fraley

Amber Fraley, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board of Medical Examiners and The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching.  She holds additional coaching certifications through Wellcoaches, Precision Nutrition and is an ACE Weight Loss Specialist.  She also is a certified fitness instructor teaching Pilates, PiYo LIVE, Silver Fit and SHiNE Dance Fitness. 

Amber has nearly two decades of experience in human services and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology driving her success in helping people achieve their goals through her expertise in behavior change. Additionally, she understands the value of a holistic approach through her work in the mental health field.  

 

Amber's passion for helping others improve their lives is fueled by her own personal transformation of losing 70lbs! Through her own journey, she learned the mind shift needed to make lasting changes. She believes that everyone has the power to improve their health but they all need different tools and support to get there.  She desires to help others discover their unique health and wellness "formula" so they can achieve a thriving life!
