L.C. believes that, “Fitness isn’t about competing with others, it’s about competing with yourself and being the best version of you”.

Carly has been around fitness her whole life growing up with a family of athletes.  She was a veteran tennis player competing at Cumberland University through 2022.  A graduate of Cumberland with a degree in Sports Management as well as her Personal Training certificate with NASAM.  Recently married to Morgan whom she met at Cumberland they now reside in Lebanon.  She looks forward to training members of all ages, especially young as well as experienced athletes.

Jesse is a powerhouse exercise fanatic. He is certified International Sports Science Association. ISSA Specialist Kickboxing, Cardio Kickboxing, Latin Jam. Jesse trains with energy and creates real results. Jesse loves people and at the ultimate feeling of working and supporting each other.

Jordan has always had a passion for fitness and helping others. She is kind and enjoys working with clients to reach their goals.

Amber Fraley, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board of Medical Examiners & the International Consortium for Health & Wellness Coaching. She is also certified as a Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition and a Certified Fitness Instructor teaching PiYo LIVE & SHiNE Dance Fitness.

Paige is ISSA certified and has an associates degree in science focusing on sports medicine from Volunteer State. Her love of fitness started out with playing sports like softball, soccer, and volleyball since she was little and has continued to grow while learning. Her goal is to help everyone be comfortable and confident in their own skin. She loves trying new workouts that focus on strength training, but also enjoys HIIT and Spin.
