The exercise options are endless on the Pilates Reformer. Pilates can be modified to offer a gentle rehabilitative strength program or adapted to provide a seasoned athlete with a challenging workout!


Amber Fraley, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board of Medical Examiners and The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching.  She holds additional coaching certifications through Wellcoaches, Precision Nutrition and is an ACE Weight Loss Specialist.  She also is a certified fitness instructor teaching Pilates, PiYo LIVE, Silver Fit and SHiNE Dance Fitness. 


Amber has nearly two decades of experience in human services and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology driving her success in helping people achieve their goals through her expertise in behavior change. Additionally, she understands the value of a holistic approach through her work in the mental health field.  


Amber's passion for helping others improve their lives is fueled by her own personal transformation of losing 70lbs! Through her own journey, she learned the mind shift needed to make lasting changes. She believes that everyone has the power to improve their health but they all need different tools and support to get there.  She desires to help others discover their unique health and wellness "formula" so they can achieve a thriving life!
