Amber Fraley is trained in Contemporary Mat and Reformer Pilates and has been teaching a variety of fitness formats since 2013. She offers Pilates Reformer classes that are appropriately leveled for different abilities and needs. Additionally, Amber offers options and modifications for injuries and special conditions. She has a passion for providing a positive, motivating, challenging workout for all members. In addition to fitness instructing, Amber is also a Health and Wellness Coach supporting members to reach their chosen goals and thrive!
